All retail orders from the EyeLevel website are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We carefully pack every order and dispatch the same day or the next working day from our Manchester (UK) warehouse.

As soon as Royal Mail receives your parcel, we’ll email you your tracking link, so you can follow it all the way.

Delivery costs

• Free UK delivery on orders of £25.00 or more
• Orders under £25.00: £3.99 (charged at cost)
