Before EyeLevel became known for fashion eyewear, fishing sunglasses were one of the ranges that helped build the brand. More than 20 years ago we developed polarized eyewear specifically for anglers — including camo frames, side-shield designs, over-glasses styles and carefully selected lens colours for different conditions. While trends have changed, the thinking behind the range never did: practical, comfortable eyewear designed to help you see more clearly on the water without inflated prices or unnecessary hype.

Polarized lenses are specifically designed to reduce intense reflected glare from flat surfaces such as water, helping anglers see more clearly and stay visually comfortable during long sessions outdoors. By filtering horizontally reflected light, polarized lenses improve contrast, reduce eye fatigue and make it easier to pick out features beneath the surface, changes in water movement and bankside detail that standard tinted lenses can often wash out. Different lens colours can also help optimise visibility in varying light conditions — from bright open water to low winter sun and overcast skies.
All EyeLevel fishing sunglasses provide full UV400 protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays and are manufactured to meet EN ISO 12312-1:2022 and ANSI Z80.3 standards. The range also carries CE and UKCA markings for compliance and safety. We’ve always believed good fishing eyewear should be properly made, genuinely effective on the water and priced honestly. The lens technology and polarization performance stand comfortably alongside far more expensive brands — without the inflated price tag that often comes with them.
